What is the Warranty?

We believe it is important to protect the end user. If we were to mis-issue a certificate to a fraudulent site, that could result in the end user losing money. The user had what they thought was a "trusted session". We should never have provided the certificate that let this situation occur. All our certificates include $1000 of financial protection for your customers if they were to suffer financial loss as a direct result of relying on a certificate that was issued through our negligence.

HIGH-ASSURANCE SSL

Before the Certification Authority (CA) issues a High-Assurance certificate, the applicant's company information undergoes a rigorous authentication process. Validation is an integral element in the SSL certificate services. This process ensures the highest level of trust. In the case of a small business, the CA includes the entity's "doing business as" (DBA) name in the certificate information.
